Did you believe that money makes the world go around? If so, then does the world spin faster when money can circle the globe in a fraction of a second? “Money” itself comes in multiple such as coins, paper, negotiable bonds and now bits of data residing on computer servers or pulses of light flowing through a fiber optic network. Changes in currency are causing ripple effects in everything from crime to the stability of governments. One of the challenges will come from the move to electronic currency. Electronic currency refers to several systems which enable a buyer to pay electronically by transmitting a unique number (digital certificate) similar to a banknote number.

Unlike credit card payments where the identity of the buyer can be established, digital cash acts like real cash is anonymous. This electronic currency also been implemented for lack of controls and security of anonymous payments systems like bank notes and coins. For example, lack of proof of payment, theft of payments media and black payments for bribes, tax evasion and black markets. It is commonly involved in computer networks, internet and the digital stored value systems. Some examples of electronic currency are Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and direct deposit.

The difference between electronic currency and other forms of electronic payments is that issuer backs currency. There is no need for a recipient of the funds to trust the person with whom they are transacting as long as they trust the issuer. A transaction with electronic currency places real funds into a seller’s account whereas an electronic payment system places only a promise to pay in that account. This technology provides a technological innovation that may require people to have faith in companies and other private sectors.

I had reviewed one of the posts from My E-Commerce blog that is using Touch’n Go to buy fast food.Since Touch'n Go was introduced, it actually enhances the convenience of its users. We can see that it increases the speed of paying for tolls, KTM services and other services like Rapid KL. In addition, those who use Touch'n Go are given privilege as ATM card, credit card and so forth. These combination are preferable because consumers can have only one card to do many transactions.
Nowadays, has expand their services to food outlets which we can use this card at

So, the next time we go to a fast-food stall just need to bring Touch' n go card. In my opinion, this is more efficient towards customers. Customers do not need to prepare for the exact amount when buying something or sometimes they did not prepare enough money to buy something that exceeds their budget. One of the benefits to use Touch’n Go in the stalls mentioned above is do not need to wait for attendant to give you the small change, especially for some of the customers who is impatient.

Touch’n Go is easy, fast and convenience for customers as they just need to touch on the screen and just go after they have make purchases. Touch’n Go can be easily reload at anywhere and anytime. For example, they can reload at Maybank. As a result, it will increase the number of customers and also generate more revenues. Since the food outlets are becoming more popular, it is predicted that the profitability of Touch'n Go will continue to grow when the food outlets is expanding.

A review on a post from My E-Commerce blog

Credit card is a card where it entitles the holder to buy goods and services based on the promises to pay for these goods and services. Many people like to use future money (credit card) as they did not have enough cash on hands. Moreover, it will lead to reduction in income because divorce may force some people to quit their job and to have a walk in other countries.

People should think of the solution to avoid themselves from credit card debts rather than keep blaming on the situation. The debts are not a curse and it might be a signal for people who always owe many debts to learn how to be responsible in life. Thus, the prevention of credit card debts will be discussed in following:

1. Making a budget
We need to have a clear budget plan and need to keep all the receipt of expenses or bills in order to record how much money has been used. This can help us to perceive that we will not overspending on our budget that have set before and prevent from building debts.
